Evoq Realtech is led by Gaurav Goyal and Satish Katyal, both with prior experience in commercial real estate in Mohali. Antalia is their flagship residential project. They do not yet have a delivered residential project of this scale, which is a genuine risk factor buyers should acknowledge. RERA registration and a Novotel management tie-up add credibility, but this is a developer debut at this price point. Visit the site, verify construction pace, and ask for structural completion milestones before committing.

With only 180 units, is exit liquidity a problem?

The limited supply cuts both ways. Fewer units means less resale competition when you exit — but it also means a thinner resale market. The best exit strategy for Antalia buyers is a 5-7 year hold after possession, by which time the Novotel association and mature community will justify premium resale pricing. Short-term flipping before possession carries execution risk given the 2030 timeline.
